About Leon

I like working with kids because they have such wonderful imaginations and always keep me on my toes. I love fostering whatever wonderful qualities I see in kids & helping them to have the best time possible while I am around. I started working with kids when I was young-- I babysat a lot in middle & high school, until college where I was a nanny for some time then I became a mentor & after that, an after school manager & substitute teacher. In my spare time, I like hanging out with my dogs, reading, spending any sort of time outside (I love hiking, walking my dogs, paddle boarding), and crafting with friends! My skills include being attentive to needs, communicating well with children of all ages, and being very thoughtful & engaged
