Over the years, I've worked with kids of all ages through coaching and training, helping them build confidence, discipline, and a sense of direction. I know how important it is for young boys to have a positive male figure around, someone they can look up to, learn from, and just be themselves with. I love being that person. Whether it's helping with homework, playing sports, or just talking about life, I try to lead by example and keep things fun but structured. I take pride in being reliable, respectful, and bringing good energy wherever I go. My goal is to make a positive impact on every kid I work with, both on and off the field.

From the very beginning, he built a strong bond with the boys, earning their trust through consistency, humor, and respect. What stood out most was his ability to balance fun and structure. He kept the boys engaged with creative activities, sports, and hands-on learning, while still teaching them responsibility, manners, and independence. I also appreciated his professionalism and reliability. He always communicated clearly, showed up on time, and handled any challenges calmly and thoughtfully. I trust him completely, not just as a caregiver, but as someone who genuinely helps shape good character and confidence in the children he works with.
