About Lesley

Hi families! My name is Lesley, and I have a true passion for caring for children and helping them learn and grow. I have hands-on experience working with little one's and I understand how important these early years are for development. I love creating fun activities and playing outside! I am patient, dependable, and nurturing, and I pride myself on providing a safe and supportive environment where children feel comfortable and happy. I also understand the importance of routines and consistency, and I'm always mindful of following parents' guidelines to keep things running smoothly. I value open communication with parents, consistency for children, and an environment where kids can feel safe and happy. I started working with children ages 1-5 about two years ago, and during that time I've gained hands-on experience in creating fun, safe, and engaging activities that support their development. Those two years have really shown me how much I enjoy helping little ones learn and grow.
