About Lesly

Working in a school setting as both a substitute teacher and paraprofessional has given me the privilege of supporting children with diverse needs and abilities. My experience includes working closely with students on the autism spectrum, as well as those with ADHD, 504 plans, and IEPs. Each child is unique, and I take pride in meeting them where they are, with patience, empathy, and a deep understanding of their individual challenges. My background as a Registered Behavior Technician has strengthened my ability to provide targeted behavioral and academic support, always focused on helping students feel confident, valued, and capable. I am deeply passionate about making a positive difference in their lives; going beyond instruction to create meaningful connections that foster trust, growth, and a genuine sense of belonging. Every child deserves care, compassion, and the opportunity to thrive, and I am committed to being part of that difference every single day
