About Lia

Hi there! I've spent over 6 years working with kids in all kinds of settings--from five wonderful years at the YMCA in special needs camp and after-school care, to a year providing ABA therapy for children with autism. I also completed a year in a teacher preparation program, where I gained classroom experience and strengthened my skills in creating fun, structured, and inclusive environments for every child. I've been a tutor since 2016, and I'd be happy to assist with homework, workbooks, or test review. I'm patient, reliable, and love finding creative ways to help kids learn, laugh, and feel supported. Whether it's after-school homework help or a night of imaginative play, I'm here to make sure your child feels safe, engaged, and cared for.
