Lianna really stepped up to her position when we hired to her help support our two special needs kids us during a 9 day vacation at a Maui resort. She made a great impression when interviewed because she was taking meticulous notes and asking all the right questions. On the job, she worked hard and forged a nice bond with my kids immediately, and really helped us out making sure they were safe and having fun. She followed instructions and took directions well. She worked many hours with us at the pool and watersides and was available to help in any other way we needed. She had a strong work ethic and was pleasant, kind and resourceful. I certainly hope she can work with us again the next time we visit. Lianna is great!
