Experience: 20 yrs
I started working in daycare when I was 16 and started nannying when I was 20 and haven't stopped working with children since. I have been teacher certified for the past 20 years. I am CPR and First Aid certified annually. I have worked with all age groups from infant on up to school age. I am creative, fun, energetic, and responsible. I'm used to working with lots of children at one time and am always trying to come up with new and creative ideas. I love the outdoors and any outdoor activity such as walks, going to the playground and kicking a ball around. I can multi-task and am very flexible and adaptable to any change necessary. I can do light housekeeping, prepping snacks and cooking meals, laundry and any other task needed. I love teaching thru play, reading, playing games and many other activities.
Elle has been an incredible part of our family over the past year, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. She cared for our youngest daughter with genuine love, creativity, and professionalism every single day. She also supported our two sons, ages 7 and 4, including preschool pick ups and after school care, and she was phenomenal with them. She consistently created engaging activities, set up hands on experiments, and made every afternoon both fun and educational. Elle goes far beyond basic childcare. She brought a working toy kitchen into our home to spark imaginative play. She organized water play, took our daughter to weekly library story time, and proactively built learning into everyday routines. She created alphabet, number, and animal learning charts, and has our daughter confidently singing her ABCs and counting. She even taught her sign language, which has been amazing to see and incredibly helpful in supporting communication at this age. Elle is thoughtful, proactive, dependable, and fully invested in helping children grow and thrive. We trusted her completely. Having her in our home each day has been a gift, and while we are excited for our daughter to begin preschool, it is truly bittersweet to say goodbye to this chapter. Any family would be lucky to have Elle. She is exceptional at what she does and an even better person. We are deeply grateful for the care, structure, and joy she brought to our home.
