Lilia goes by Vanessa. She is amazing! She has babysat for my twin 2 year old boys a couple of times. The first time I worked from home in another room while she was there and could hear how she interacted with them. She is so sweet and gentle with them! The boys felt comfortable with her immediately and played with her the whole time. She fed them, changed them, helped them go potty smoothly, and did the bedtime routine. I felt very comfortable leaving her with them a second time. And bonus - she cleaned too!! The house has been so clean and tidy with her around! Will definitely hire again!
