We had a wonderful experience with Liliana! From the moment she arrived, she was warm, professional, and instantly connected with our kids. She was attentive, patient, and clearly experienced in handling different ages and personalities. Our children felt safe and had so much fun—so much that they were asking when she’d come back before she even left! She kept us updated with occasional texts and photos, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. The house was tidy when we returned, and she even helped get the kids ready for bed without any issues.
