Lilian is the best of the best! She’s easy to communicate with, prompt in her responses and her arrival times, and easy to talk to. She is detail oriented and sticks to schedules and instructions very well. She is always so, so kind to our children and doesn’t use screen time as a first resort to solve problems. She actively plays with our children and goes the extra mile when it comes to making sure they feel loved. She is also extremely conscious of her surroundings and always leaves our home better than she found it (dishes cleaned and put away, toys cleaned up, general organization, etc), which she did for us entirely unprompted. I cannot recommend her enough!
