Lilian has shown herself to be dependable, hard-working, and easy-going. She works for us five days a week and has always been here on time. We are very impressed with how much she gets done - she gets twice as much done in a given amount of time that our most recent other housekeeping help. Even though there are some challenging or frustrating aspects to the job - 4 boys whose clothing can be hard to tell apart, and who are pretty messy - she always has a smile and follows our specific instructions without complaint. When there has been a problem, such as when the guidance we gave her was unclear, there was no difficulty or unpleasantness in getting the issue sorted out.
