Making a difference in someone's life is what I strive for as a caregiver. My passion for supporting adults and seniors stems from positive experiences in previous care roles. As a Certified Home Health Aide with a graduate degree, I bring three years of experience to my work. I'm skilled at adapting to changing routines and de-escalating stressful situations. I can also handle confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes. I provide verbal updates during visits and regular updates via text or phone call. Understanding your loved one's preferences and personal history is important to me when building a connection. I'm also happy to assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
