Learning is a journey, and I'm passionate about guiding students along the way! With a graduate degree in finance and undergraduate degree in math, I specialize in stem for middle school through college levels. My core teaching philosophy focuses on building confidence and fostering a love for learning, not just memorization. I empower students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills for long-term success. I assess individual learning styles through open communication and regular parental check-ins. To keep students motivated, I celebrate small successes and break down complex problems into manageable steps. Communication is essential for understanding student needs and setting clear expectations. The most rewarding aspect of tutoring is witnessing a student's "aha!" moment and seeing their confidence grow. I am happy to tutor at a center, online, or at the library.
