Hi my names Lili im 38 years old and Making a real difference in someone's life is what drives me. With 9 years of experience as a caregiver, I am passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My approach is patient, compassionate, and friendly. I provide light housekeeping and meal preparation, bathing/ feeding and always respecting the independence of those in my care. I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion or agitation with practiced ease. I also communicate with families using their preferred method, including verbal updates and written reports. I am CPR certified, dementia care certified and I have my CNA certification. I speak English and Spanish. I'm eager to bring my skills and caring nature to your family, ensuring your loved one feels supported and respected.
