About Lillian

Hey, my name is Lily! I've always loved playing and spending time with children, so becoming a caregiver was an easy choice for me. I have three years of experience caring for children of all ages. I used to work at an elementary school and then at an autism support center, so I have experience with all kinds of children! This summer I worked at a summer camp for children and adults with disabilities. It was a beautiful experience, and it's helped me grow into the woman I am today. I believe in clear and open communication with parents and am comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for the children in my care. I'm also comfortable helping with cooking, light housekeeping, and planning fun outings to get the kids engaged with the world around them. I'm passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children and would be honored to care for your family.
