Hi! I am a student at USU studying elementary education. I have been working with and watching kids for 10 years! (I started when I was 12). The last few years I have worked at "The Family Place" and have had a wide variety of children. I just LOVE working with kids! I would say my skill sets are to get kids engaged and find fun ways of doing things they maybe don't want to do! (Like chores or having a diaper changed). I always look for the need behind a behavior, because kids actions are telling us what they are feeling and needing. I have also taught kids emotional learning programs. I believe in modeling skills for children. I will update parents through however you are most comfortable! I can text, call and or update and pick up or drop off! I have experience with paperwork as well but I prefer to be present with the kids when I am with them. I am very comfortable helping enforce household rules in a fun and kind way! I am here to support the family

Lillian is amazing! I’ve known her for a few years and since the day I met her she looks for your best interest. She is caring and funny and will do everything she can to care for your kids.
