Lilly came to our home and watched our son when he was 4 months old to when he was two. She always kept him busy and I could hear him laughing from the other room constantly! From day one she was extremely comfortable caring for our son and did age appropriate activities with him. The bond that formed between Lilly and our son was so sweet. Lilly also helped us with some light household duties which was never asked of her but obviously always appreciated! She is very organized (Lilly would organize our son's drawers every now and then when I let them get too out of control) and she was always punctual. If she was ever running late, she would always send a text. I wish she still lived in our area- we miss her!
