About Lily

Hi! I'm Lily - a patient, fun, and reliable caregiver with a strong background in early childhood education and child development. I've worked with children ages 18 months-13 years and love creating a safe, calm, and engaging environment. My experience includes: assistant teacher for ages 2-12, lead toddler teacher (18 months+), dance teacher for ages 18 months-13 years, RBT at an autism center with kids 2-6, and volunteer character performer for children's nonprofit events. These roles have given me skills in sensory-friendly activities, emotional regulation support, routines, creative play, and helping kids feel comfortable and confident. I'm dependable, communicative, and happy to help with meals, light housekeeping, and daily routines. I truly love working with kids and hope to be a warm, supportive addition to your family!
