Lily was an absolute lifesaver on the day of my knee surgery. Her communication was excellent leading up to the procedure, and she arrived right on time. On the way to the hospital, we had a great conversation that helped put me at ease during what could have been a stressful morning. After surgery, Lily listened carefully to all of the nurse’s instructions, picked up my medications from the hospital pharmacy, safely got me to the car, and helped me comfortably into my house. I truly couldn’t have done it without her support. Her nursing assistant background really shined through in every step of her care.
