About Lily

Bringing joy and nurturing care to children is my passion. In my years of industry experience and prior years working with kids aged 4, I've become extremely knowledgeable about working with kids and people from diverse backgrounds and accommodating different needs. I am also a current Junior at UO in the Family and Human Services program, with a focus in trauma-informed and culturally conscious care. I'm patient, creative, and attentive, and I love playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and always prioritize open communication with parents, adapting to your preferred method, whether it's a quick chat at pickup or regular updates via text. I am happy to assist with carpooling, housekeeping, travel, and supervision of all kinds. I strive to make a positive impact on each child's life, and I hope to bring that same dedication to your family!
