Our experience was disappointing. While she completed basic duties, the overall quality of care did not meet our expectations, and we made several adjustments to accommodate her. After taking a two-week leave, she did not return and provided no notice or explanation. We called her multiple times and received no response. The lack of communication and reliability was extremely unprofessional and put our family in a difficult situation. Dependability and clear communication are essential in caregiving, and unfortunately, this experience fell short.”
