Caring for children has been a natural part of my life for as long as I can remember Growing up in a very large family with 29 siblings I was surrounded by kids of all ages and quickly became someone my nana and relatives could count on From an early age I was known as the kid who was already a mom because of how naturally I stepped into a caregiving role. Whether it was changing diapers preparing meals helping with homework or simply being a supportive and calming presence Being part of such a big family taught me how to multitask, stay patient under pressure, and adapt to different personalities and needs. It gave me an understanding of how to care for children not just in a practical sense, but emotionally too. I know how to balance structure with fun, how to redirect behavior gently but firmly, and how to create a space where kids feel safe, heard, and loved.
