Experience: 20 yrs
Bringing joy and nurturing care to children is my passion. For the last decade, I've dedicated myself to fostering a positive impact on young lives. I'm friendly, creative, and supportive, always eager to engage children through educational games, outdoor play, and imaginative activities. I have some college experience and am comfortable caring for children of all ages, from infants to pre-teens, and even older. I follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules and communicate updates via text, phone, or in person, according to your preference. I'm also happy to assist with cooking, light housekeeping, crafts, and swimming supervision. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I am certified in CPR and First Aid. I'd love to bring my experience and caring spirit to your family!
To whom it may concern, Linda was an excellent care giver for the many years she worked with us, starting back in 2019, all the way up until our move out of the country recently. I highly recommend her for the care of little ones, from babies to grade schoolers and beyond. Not to mention, she also includes some care for us bigger "kids" too, when needed. Linda started with us when our first son was 2, and then continued to expand her work for us when we had our second son, 2 1/2 years later. She provided all care needs for our second son from when he was new born, including all the usual needs of bottle feeding, diaper changing, ensuring naps go well, and working with him developmentally, as he progressed through his stages. And with this, she was also keeping up with our busy first son, and his needs... feeding, activities, crafts, learning, drop off and pickup at pre school when he went. Later, as the boys progressed into elementary school, she managed them for school time, getting them up, ensuring they got dressed and were fed, and had lunch and snacks for the day. Then, later, making sure they got picked up and had snacks after school, along with doing other activities with them. Linda was great with many things. She was good with cooking all kinds of foods for not only the kids, but the whole family, at times. Linda also was able to do many different kinds of activities with the kids, from playing with them directly, in the park (not just watching), to crafts, to science projects, and making special times with them where she would help them build some special craft they were inspired to do, or things like setting up a special movie event, or a pretend camp fire in the living room, made with crafts. Snow days with sledding and hot chocolate. I could go on for pages. I would highly recommend Linda to anyone seeking care for their children.
