About Lindelle

For two decades, I've been immersed in the world of childcare, driven by a deep passion to nurture children's growth and positively impact their lives while supporting families. As a paraprofessional in a preschool program for the past three years, and with prior experience in an elementary afterschool program, I enjoy customizing my interactions based on each child's unique interests and needs. I am especially passionate about working with children with disabilities. I am patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I always follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules and preferred communication methods. I am comfortable caring for one child at a time, or several as I had my own daycare business for 12 years when my kids were little, ranging in age from infancy to adolescence. I am comfortable with pets, and I have my own car for transportation. Knowing I can make a small difference in a child's life brings me immense joy.
