Unfortunately I’m not too fond of leaving negative reviews as I’ve hired several Nannie’s from Care, but I believe this one needed to be addressed. Lisa was super communicative the night before asking questions and even being kind when I missed our scheduled call. We communicated later that evening and everything seemed good and she was headed over to be here by 0700. Unfortunately she never showed up, never replied to my texts or calls, a sad situation honestly.
