About Lisa

I have been volunteering for a breeder friend of mine for three years. I have been taught how to look for signs of sickness in dogs and how to connect with dogs on a personal level. When my friend is out of town I stay overnight and still am aware of the dog needs throughout the night. I really enjoy working and playing with dogs of all sizes. I have experience with ages newborn through 15 years old. I have experience with chihuahuas of 3 pounds up to dogs of 50 pounds. I have worked with children in day care for about 10 years and have used those skills with dogs. I can tell when they are hungry, have to go outside and when they need a good loving scratch. I learned to read their behavior and body language instead of needing words. I can tell if they are not feeling well or what their state of mind is at the moment. I am very reliable about communicating any needs the dog may have. I have the ability to notice details and give those to the owners.
