I have always enjoyed children and have been caring for them since my teenage years. I babysat all through graduate school as well. I love watching their little minds grow and explore and learn. I focus on activities (reading, cooking, crafts, building, hide and seek), in addition to outdoor play and swimming when the weather permits. The emphasis is always on fun, cooperation and respect. I use positive reinforcement and encouragement, and I engage with children to problem-solve creatively and with empathy.
