About Lisa

I have over a decade of experience as a nanny and teacher. I am dedicated to nurturing children's development and providing families with dependable, compassionate, and intuitive care. I am patient, warm, creative, and approachable, which helps me connect with children of all ages and build strong rapport with families. I am a credentialed teacher K-12 and I have 2 years experience teaching preschool. I am also trained in First Aid and CPR. I worked as a reading intervention teacher and an intervention specialist for elementary age students. I am happy to encourage and build reading skills along with providing helpful learning strategies for children and families. I enjoy facilitating nature play and exploration, reading books, doing art, and cooking with children. I am happy to assist with tutoring, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
