I'm Lisa, a parenting and (re)parenting coach, author, and long-time caregiver passionate about helping children and families thrive. I've written books on mindfulness and emotional regulation for both parents and kids, and I love bringing those tools into everyday life through play, structure, and connection. I have over four years of recent nanny experience, two grown sons (both academic scholarship recipients), and years of homeschooling experience through 10th grade. Parenting has been the greatest joy and purpose of my life, and I approach every home with that same care and intention. I also love home organization and creating peaceful, efficient spaces that support learning and calm. I'm currently pursuing my PhD in Integrative Health and relocating back to North San Diego County to be closer to my eldest son.

Lisa was a wonderful addition to our family!! The only reason we aren't working with her anymore is because we are moving. If I could take her with us, I would! She's intuitive and was so loving with my son. I can be very particular about the way I do things with my son (like potty training, feeding, etc) and I never had to think twice about how Lisa would do those things with my son. She picked everything up right away, and she made me feel so at ease with someone else caring for him. We love Lisa!!
