About Lisette

Hi, my name is Lisette. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with nearly a year of hands-on experience providing compassionate, high-quality care. I was honored to be recognized as Employee of the Month, reflecting my dedication to patient well-being. I assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting, and mobility, always prioritizing dignity, comfort, and safety. I am trained in using Hoyer lifts, gait belts, and safe transfer techniques, and I have experience with repositioning and fall prevention. I also monitor patients' physical and emotional well-being and report any changes promptly. I am dependable, organized, and remain calm under pressure. I strive to create a supportive environment where patients feel respected, comfortable, and cared for. Caregiving is more than a job to me it's my passion.
