My journey into caregiving was driven by my babysitting roles with my nieces and nephews, where I discovered my knack for fostering a safe and nurturing environment for children. I firmly believe in open communication with parents and provide regular updates on their child's day, whether through written daily reports, verbal communication during pickup, or regular text or phone call updates. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I am confident and consistent in my approach. I believe in setting clear boundaries and expectations while maintaining a nurturing environment.
