About Lola

Teaching grades K-2 in summer school has given me valuable experience in nurturing young minds and creating a safe, engaging learning environment. Babysitting has taught me how to be patient, responsible, and attentive to children's individual needs. Working for my family's janitorial company has instilled a strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail--essential traits for any caregiver. These combined experiences have helped me develop excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills. I am confident in my ability to provide a caring, structured, and supportive environment where children feel safe, encouraged, and well-cared for.
