Very reliable and thorough. One I like of all is trustworthy. I leave valuables around she does not touch. I had housekeepers in the past and lost jewelry. I do not have my bedroom cleaned anymore but with this young lady I give her access to my home, I even gave her a key so she can go in if I am not home in her cleaning day. She is a keeper!
