Lorie has this quiet presence about herself which really goes a long way with my mom whom at times is very difficult to please. Also the way Lorie is gentle with mom, touching her arms, showing up and really focused on mom to allow mom to feel secure. Lorie seems to know what mom needs as she is really in synch with her. Lorie is a senior whisperer.
