About Lorie

My personality is bubbly, positive, encouraging, and supportive. I like caring for seniors because I love giving back. Everyone has a story, and it's rewarding to discover the connection you can create with each individual just by listening with patience and a smile. I'm looking rewarding work, but not a regular 8-5 position. I am a morning person but seek flexibility. I have worked with seniors in various capacities for over 11 years. I have also taught special needs children in the school system, as well as general education students. In my spare time, I like to thrift shop and craft, spend time at the pool or beach, and especially spend time with my family! One most important fact about me is my spiritual life is a priority in my life. My bubbly personality keeps folks laughing most of time! My skills include medication management and scheduling, coordinating personal care tasks with family, and communication with the family/ caregivers concerning changes or concerns.
