About Lori

My name is Lori. I have been a teacher for 30 years in the Elk Grove unified school district. I hold a masters degree in special education. I have taught all levels in special education. I have tutored for many years. I can accommodate students well, assist with study skills, assist with homework completion, and assist with obtaining better academic skills. I have a classroom and can meet in my classroom in the afternoons with students. I prefer to do tutoring that way. But I have tutor online as well. And I've met at a library to tutor and at a student school. Just depends on how close it is to where I am. I am dedicated and hard-working and patient and passionate about helping kids achieve to their highest potential.
