Louise came to take care of our daughter twice a week for about two months when she was 4-6 months old. Louise is very professional, always arrived a few minutes early and washed her hands before holding the baby, and shared notes about my daughter's feeds, naps, and diaper changes. Louise was clearly delighted to play with and take care of my daughter, and was so thoughtful, bringing little gifts for both my children and even brought me flowers for my birthday. When the baby was napping Louise also helped us tidy in the kitchen and with laundry. I was so appreciative that she asked to stay busy and was very neat with all the chores she did. She was also very communicative over text, responding promptly and very flexible and easy to schedule with.
