About Louise

Hello! My name is Louise, and I graduated with a B. S. in Nutrition and Biology, and minor in Business from the University of Wisconsin and will be starting dental school in 2026. I am a CNA and was a personal caregiver for someone with muscular dystrophy for 3 years. I have experience watching kids of all ages, and am super passionate about empowering others through confidence building and education. I would love to share my expertise as a fitness/yoga instructor with your kids, and would love to cook delicious and healthy meals for your family informed by my nutrition background. I have also worked with kids in many other settings including volunteering as a Girl Scout troop leader and teaching yoga at a juvie. I am CPR and first aid certified, have taken babysitting courses in the past, and am super pet friendly.
