I have two years of experience providing hospice services, running errands, light housekeeping, and preparing meals. I am also skilled in dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and physical activity. I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion with patience. I incorporate memory care activities to promote engagement. communicate with families using their preferred method. I aim to create a comfortable environment for care recipients.
