Hello, families- I have a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education. Prior to moving to Washington in 2019, I was employed by the state of Georgia as a Child Care Consultant investigating/inspecting child care facilities for Georgia Dept. of Early Care & Learning for over 10 years. I've worked as a teacher and director in corporate and privately owned child care facilities. I also operated my own home child care facility. In addition to my professional child care trainings, I was a certified American Red Cross CPR/First Aid Trainer for over 20 years and also became a certified Car Seat Technician. I've had the pleasure of becoming a part of many families since moving here. I live with my daughter and enjoy being a grandmother to my 3 1/2-year-old grandson and teenage granddaughters My schedule is mostly flexible for part-time/occasional care. I am the traditional grandma/"grand-nanny" that will love your child like my very own.
