Lucy is a sheer delight. We only had the chance to work together a short time due to a change in our family circumstances but it was wonderful. She played with our cat, LouLou, took care of errands (grocery shopping, donations), picked up packages, dropped off dry cleaning. All the things. She's very trustworthy too. I had no concerns giving her keys to our house and access to everything. Her references are stellar and you won't be disappointed if you hire her!
