Hi, I'm Lucy, a compassionate senior care companion who supports aging adults with dignity, safety, and a warm smile. I provide non-medical care tailored to each person's needs: companionship and conversation, medication reminders, meal planning and prep, light housekeeping and laundry, transportation to appointments/errands, mobility and fall-prevention support, and assistance with bathing, dressing, and daily routines. I love engaging clients with music and reminiscence, reading aloud, games and puzzles, gentle walks, and simple stretching/yoga or mindfulness (as appropriate) to encourage comfort and independence. I communicate clearly with families, follow care plans, and offer dependable, on-time service with thoughtful updates.
