About Lucy

Hello! My name is Lucy and I've been working as a tutor for nearly 10 years. I've worked with students of all ages across all different subjects. I specialize in helping students with their written work, from the brain storming phase through final draft revisions. I'm passionate about working with students and helping them build their academic confidence! I first began tutoring in High School in my school's foreign language department. From there I knew how much I loved working with students, and continued working as a tutor in college at my University's Writing Center. After graduating, I continued working with students as a private tutor. In my spare time my favorite thing to do is play just about any sport. Basketball, tennis, badminton, soccer, golf, you name it! One thing families should know about me is that I was a collegiate basketball player, so I definitely understand the importance of prioritization and balancing school with extra curricular activities.
