About Lucy

I have worked with kids in different facets in arts and education. I was an educational intern after college in 2010 for the Oklahoma City Museum of Art and helped with their kids camps during the summer and fall of 2010. Prior to that, I volunteered with an after school program during my undergrad at the University of Kansas with Vango Mobile Arts, it is a community arts program for inner city youth to create artwork and murals all around the city of Lawrence. From 2013 to 2014 I was a personal assistant and nanny to my neighbor who had a 7-year-old daughter at the time. She was home schooled and I helped with her school work and childcare while my neighbor was at work. She is a director for a medical sales company here in Denver. Currently, I am volunteering with the Colorado Youth at Risk (CYAR) as a youth mentor. It is a high school drop out prevention program here in Denver. It has been really rewarding so far.
