Making a difference in people's lives is my calling, and I have found immense satisfaction in supporting adults and seniors for the past two years. My journey as a Certified Nursing Assistant has been fueled by positive experiences in previous care roles and a passion for helping families by providing reliable care. I am patient, calm, compassionate, and friendly. I respect care recipients' independence. I adapt to changing routines and de-escalate stressful situations. I handle confusion, agitation, and behavioral changes. I communicate through verbal updates, and I follow families' preferred communication methods. I provide transportation, run errands, shop, perform light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I also speak Spanish.
