I have always taken care of children, my sister was 2 years younger than me and a heart transplant recipient so I've had my fair share of sanitation classes and safe practices! I also lived in-house for a mother of 2. They were both girls, a newborn and 18-month-old. Meal prep and cooking were just part of the gig!
