About Lydia

Hi there, I'm Lydia! I'm a birth doula and licensed massage therapist specializing in prenatal, postpartum, and pediatric care. Supporting families (especially mothers) is at the core of my work, and childcare is a natural extension of that care. My background includes teaching preschool, providing doula support, and growing up as the eldest daughter in a single-mother household, which put me into caregiving roles early on. I love to get creative and enjoy creating a calm, supportive environment where children and families thrive. I'm comfortable caring for up to 3 children at a time. I do also want to be upfront that I also provide doula services and may occasionally be on call for a birth. I will always try to communicate when I am in an on-call period and let you know as soon as possible if I may need to attend a birth! I look forward to supporting your family!
