Also, I am a consistent and reliable caregiver and understand the importance of timeliness in regards to families that have an inflexible schedule for work. With my degree in psychology, I highly appreciate the developmental and emotional health of the children I nanny. I'm looking for a job that gives me flexibility to care for children in ways that follow their sleep cues, feeding cues, and needs for emotional regulation. I lean towards nannying in a more gentle parenting manner and using Montessori techniques. I am willing to be flexible and go to great lengths to meet the needs of the families I work for, with the stipulation of clear expectations and respect of my time along with yours.

Lydia was excellent with my 7 month old daughter and has been working with us for the past couple of months. I have not had any concerns about Lydia’s ability to care for my daughter and have felt very comfortable feeling that she is in good hands! She is very attentive to my daughter, plays with her and keeps her engaged, and is aware of her developmental milestones and helps her meet them. I would and will hire Lydia again and have recommended her to friends!
