About Lyla

Hello! My name is Lyla and I'm someone who truly enjoys working with and supporting children, with over five years of hands-on experience through babysitting, daycare work, and nannying. I'm passionate about creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where kids can learn and grow. I'm currently in school studying psychology, as I plan to become a child therapist in the future. My experience includes working at a daycare for the past year and a half, where I help with daily care such as meals, diapering, planned activities, and parent communication. As a nanny, I provide more individualized support, including helping with homework, preparing meals, transportation to appointments and activities, medication administration, and maintaining a structured routine. I also have experience in ABA and senior care, which has strengthened my patience, adaptability, and compassion. Overall, I love being a positive, dependable presence in the lives of the families I work with.
