My starting rate is a little higher than some, but I have many more years of experience than the younger folks and more trainings under my belt as well. I'm looking for a family that I can grow with through future years. I have years of nanny and mom experience. I recently trained as a postpartum doula, I will be newborn care specialist (NCS) certified in January, and I've gotten HNW (high net worth) rotational nanny experience within the last 2 years. My main focus is on babies 0 to 12 months. I'm also a mom of 5 adopted kiddos (now grown), have 11 years of foster parenting experience & training, and had 3 live-in and 1 live-out nanny positions before the age of 30.
